Who We Serve
Architecture & Design
High-performance infrastructure for GPU-intensive workflows and large datasets
Overview
Architecture and design practices run some of the most demanding desktop software in any industry. AutoCAD, Revit, BIM models, and 3D renderings push hardware to its limits — and the workflows that produce them depend on shared file access, reliable licensing, and enough compute to keep projects moving. We have direct experience building the infrastructure that supports these workflows at professional scale, on any mix of hardware.
GPU & Compute
Hardware the software actually needs
AutoCAD, Revit, and visualization tools like Enscape are GPU-intensive. Running them on underpowered hardware — or over a remote connection that doesn't leverage the GPU — produces an experience that undermines the workflow. We understand how to spec and design the compute layer correctly: local GPU workstations, cloud-hosted GPU VMs with hardware-accelerated remote display, or hybrid approaches that give different team members what they actually need.
Shared Storage & File Locking
Large files and the complications of concurrent access
BIM models and AutoCAD assemblies are large and frequently accessed by multiple team members simultaneously. File locking, versioning, and concurrent access behavior vary by application and storage platform in ways that cause real problems if the infrastructure isn't designed around them. We're familiar with these constraints and how to think about storage architecture that handles them.
Licensing
Autodesk and the complexity of design software
Autodesk's subscription and licensing models are among the most complex in enterprise software. Flex tokens, network licenses, cloud entitlements, and the interactions between them require careful management. We're familiar with the landscape and can help practices think through right-sizing their licensing spend.
